Cherrywood
plan to put 396 homes in Druids Valley Plans for a €144 million new housing development have been submitted for Cherrywood, in South Dublin. Wexford developer William Neville and Sons, has submitted an application for 396 new homes at Tullyvale, Druids Valley. As well as being convenient to the Cherrywood Technology Park, the project is also convenient to the major intersections on the M50 and M11 motorways. As many as 289 of the units will be 2-bed apartments and these types of units are currently selling in Tullyvale for between €340,000 and €380,000. The project will also include duplex units and 3-bed apartments. Cherrywood also looks set to benefit from the recent Government decision to extend the Green Luas line which currently ends at Sandyford. As well as developing the existing Tullyvale apartments, William Neville and Sons has undertaken a number of major housing projects for many years in the area stretching from Waterfod to Co. Louth.
