Take your
leisure at Tullyvale A major attraction of Tullyvale is the leisure centre for the sole use of the residents, which will open shortly. This week a new phase of apartments is being released for sale in this €100 million development in south County Dublin. The new bridge here has just been completed, improving the whole road network in the area. Earlier phases sold very well with over 200 units already booked. This phase comprises a mix of large two- and three-bed apartments and penthouses. The two-bed units (66-73m2) are mainly from €315,000, and three-bed penthouses (97m2) are priced from €430,000. The site at Cherrywood will eventually comprise of 390 units many of which have a panoramic view of Dublin Bay, Killiney Hill and the Dublin Mountains. The leisure centre has been completed and fitted out with keep-fit equipment, sauna and swimming pool, making this development very attractive to young people and those seeking more than a run-of-the-mill apartment. Tullyvale has been designed by Anthony Reddy Associates who have come up with a fine selection of larger than normal apartments and penthouses spread throughout the new buildings. There are large balconies and ensuites with most apartments. The buildings are positioned around several extensive landscaped courtyards and there is underground and surface car parking. The high quality specification includes gas-fired central heating and attractive fitted kitchens. Transport is a key attraction for the residents of Tullyvale. Not only is it on the N11 giving fast access to all points to the city and surrounding counties, but it is also convenient to the South Eastern motorway, currently under construction. The Dart station at Killiney is within easy reach and plans are well advanced to bring the Luas to Cherrywood. This is a convenient location with the benefit of local village shooing at Foxrock and Cabinteely and top supermarkets at Cornelscourt, Stillorgan, Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire within easy reach. It is proposed that a shopping centre is to be built in the vicinity of the Luas stop at Cherrywood. There is also an abundance of leisure and sporting facilities nearby.
