RIAI Exhibition on Housing Design 2005

Anthony Reddy Associates participated in the recent RIAI exhibition on Housing Design aimed at promoting new ideas and informing debate on new layouts and on individual house type designs.

Balgaddy Housing Development, South Dublin County Council
This mixed-use development at Balgaddy is the first application of the traditional neighbourhood development (TND) principles to a suburban Dublin community by ARA.

Fatima Mansions Regeneration, Dublin 8

The redevelopment of Fatima Mansions, a 1950s Local Authority Flat complex in Dublin 8, is being undertaken in accordance with a Masterplan produced by DCC.

Newcastle Area Action Plan, Co. Dublin

Newcastle Lyons is an historic village lying west of Tallaght town centre. In the context of the current situation regarding the housing shortage in the greater Dublin area, South Dublin County Council is currently drafting an Area Action Plan.
