This urban renewal scheme is the second phase of the redevelopment of Patrick Street and Dean Street following major road widening of both streets and completes the street frontages opposite St Patrick’s Cathedral and park.

The scale of the development increases toward the predominant corner to mark the formal entrance to the City Centre between the development and the Cathedral.

The development consists of 215 apartments and nine retail unitsin all, arranged around a central courtyard and car parking area.

The formal base of the building is finished with a render with the entrances and shops articulated by the use of granite cladding. The upper levels of the building are clad in brickwork with a plastered finish being used to emphasise the penthouse and corner feature elements.
