Fatima Mansions Regeneration, Dublin 8
The redevelopment of Fatima Mansions, a 1950s Local Authority Flat complex in Dublin 8, is being undertaken in accordance with a Masterplan produced by DCC.
The overall scheme consists of 601 Residential Units along with Retail Space, Community Facilities and a large Leisure Centre.
The scheme is to be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 providing 110 own door housing units for the remaining tenants of the original blocks with 491 private affordable and social units along with the remaining uses.
Car Parking for Phase 1 is accommodated at grade while Phase 2 is catered for at basement level.
The completed scheme will produce a new vibrant mixed community which will take full acdvantage of its location close to the city centre & it's new links provided by Luas.
