Anthony Reddy associates were commissioned in 1995 by Temple Bar Properties Ltd, to prepare a Masterplan and Development Brief for the West End of Temple Bar.

Anthony Reddy Associates role included liaison with the Planning Authority, and specialist consultants including archaeologists, structural and services engineers, and energy consultants with a view to producing a brief for an urban renewal project involving eight architectural firms.

The project is a model of it’s type involving the most up to date advances in urban design, architectural planning and energy conservation. In addition Anthony Reddy Associates were responsible for the architectural coordination of three practices on individual buildings which constitute approximately half the overall development and occupying a site bounded by Essex Street, Lower Exchange Street and Copper Alley.

This project was awarded the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) Regeneration and Renewal Award for Planning or City Regeneration in 2002.
