Anthony Reddy Associates were initially appointed to design the fit-out of 1250m² on two floors of the Custom House Plaza building at the IFSC, to include state of the art offices, conference facilities and dealing rooms for an Italian investment company.

The Company, however, soon outgrew the original floor space and adjoining portions of the building were acquired and fitted out.

Anthony Reddy Associates are currently involved in a rationalisation and consolidation fit-out which will permit change of use in parts of the office area, and a more orderly use of the current office space now situated on three levels.

This has necessitated a thorough elevation of the client's changing needs and a programme to undertake the renovation has been agreed, with minimal disruption to the client's dealing operation, by careful sequencing of work in the evenings and over weekends.
