Maxol have relocated their offices to the I.F.S.C. and Anthony Reddy & Associates acted as executive Architects for the fitout on level 4 and part of level 5 in Plaza 3 at the Custom House Plaza, which comprised of cellular and open plan offices.

Anthony Reddy & Associates were executive Architects for the fitout of Mees Pierson Dublin Headquarters.

The fitout compromised of main reception with general open plan and cellular offices on both the 4th and 5th floors of Plaza 2 at the Custom House Plaza.

Each Plaza building is connected by an internal glazed Atrium spine at level 1, which offers pedestrian access, as well as forming a social area linking the building and the south facing courtyards which open off it.
